Refund Policy
Last updated: 24 August 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Professional subscription to Digital Asset Intelligence, operated by [Company Legal Name], sold at USD $49 per month on a recurring monthly basis. The Free tier involves no payment and is out of scope. Institutional agreements are governed by their own order form.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund of your first Professional payment within 14 days of the initial purchase date, for any reason, including simple change of mind. No justification is required. Once the refund is approved, Professional features are withdrawn and the account reverts to the Free tier; saved items, folders, and notes remain available for export under the Free tier's limits.
3. Renewals
Monthly renewal charges after the initial 14-day window are not refunded retrospectively, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law, where a charge was made in error or after a valid cancellation, or where a service failure on our side prevented meaningful use of the paid features for a substantial part of the billing period. You can cancel at any time from account settings to stop all future billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until that date. We do not pro-rate partial months.
4. How to request a refund
Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes every refund. To request one:
- email [Support Email] from the address used at checkout, quoting the Paddle order or receipt number, or use our contact form; or
- look your order up directly at paddle.net using the email address used at checkout.
We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and, where the request meets this policy, instruct Paddle to refund promptly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction; we are not responsible for exchange rate movements or bank fees.
5. Paddle's own refund terms and statutory rights
As Merchant of Record, Paddle applies its own consumer refund terms, which may grant additional rights depending on your country of residence — including statutory withdrawal rights for consumers in the UK and EU. See the Paddle Refund Policy and the Paddle Buyer Terms. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory right you have as a consumer.
6. Abuse and chargebacks
We may decline a refund where an account shows evidence of the acceptable use breaches set out in our Terms of Service — for example bulk scraping, redistribution of the feed, or repeated subscribe-refund cycling. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before raising a chargeback; we will work with Paddle to resolve it directly.
